Children's Liturgy Sunday November 4th 2007
Sixth Sunday of Easter 2007
In
today's Gospel (Luke 19: 1-10), Jesus meets Zaccheus, who welcomes him
into his home. The meeting changes Zaccheus' life. He decides to give
half of all he owns to the poor and if he has cheated anyone, he will
repay them.
Lord Jesus,
Meeting you changed Zaccheus' life. Help us be aware of meeting you
in the word of God, in the sacraments and in each other.
Amen

| Because
he was so short, Zaccheus had to climb a tree to see Jesus. We have made
a tree. On our tree, we have put leaves on which we have written our thoughts
and prayers for Jesus. |
