| Today
we have talked about how Jesus is the Good Shepherd and we are his sheep.
We know that shepherds have the responsibility to take care of their flock,
to make sure they have food, clean water, shelter and are safe. If a sheep
is lost, the shepherd will go to search for it. The sheep will know the
sound of the shepherd's voice and will be able to follow after it, even
into places that are frightening. Jesus knows us all by name. He does not want to lose a single one of us. |
